What you will achieve:

At the end of this course you will be able to understand the main points of clear standard speech on familiar subjects in work, school, leisure activities, etc. You will be able to manage most situations that come up when travelling in a region where the language is spoken. You will be able to narrate an event, an experience or a dream; describe a desire or goal, and outline reasons or explanations behind a project or idea.

Caroline is super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I love my lessons with her, how she approaches the learning process and the fact that she knows other languages helps a lot, she always knows where I'm coming from, so there is very little room for getting lost in translation! She is also very nice and lovely!

I have been doing weekly virtual classes with Caroline, she is a great tutor. Always friendly and very patient as I try my best to get my sentences together. I look forward to each lesson as they are both fun and productive. I have come a long way in 6 months, and it is all thanks to Caroline.

My French learning experience with Bonjour Academy has been fantastic. The tutor is very organised, has a plan for every class and is very knowledgeable, as well as very nice and pleasant to talk to! Each class was structured with a mix of speaking, listening, grammar and writing, which made the learning experience very complete, while never boring (learning a language should be fun!). I started from zero and in 1 year I reached a B1.2 course. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, from beginners to intermediate and advanced learners.

One of the things Bonjour Academy run is a monthly French book club. Great participants, open and interesting discussions and small enough that everyone gets plenty of chance to speak and listen to lots of French in a fun and very friendly environment. They are very good at selecting the novels to be read as well - not too long, very readable, a good variety of themes and authors from across the francophone world - far more hits than misses!
