What you will achieve:
At the end of this course you will be able to understand isolated phrases and common expressions that relate to areas of high personal relevance (like personal or family information, shopping, immediate environment, work). You will be able to communicate during easy or habitual tasks requiring a basic and direct information exchange on familiar subjects.

September 6, 2022One of the things Bonjour Academy run is a monthly French book club. Great participants, open and interesting discussions and small enough that everyone gets plenty of chance to speak and listen to lots of French in a fun and very friendly environment. They are very good at selecting the novels to be read as well - not too long, very readable, a good variety of themes and authors from across the francophone world - far more hits than misses!

I have been doing weekly virtual classes with Caroline, she is a great tutor. Always friendly and very patient as I try my best to get my sentences together. I look forward to each lesson as they are both fun and productive. I have come a long way in 6 months, and it is all thanks to Caroline.

The tutor is very organised, has a plan for every class and is very knowledgeable, as well as very nice and pleasant to talk to! Each class was structured with a mix of speaking, listening, grammar and writing, which made the learning experience very complete, while never boring (learning a language should be fun!). I started from zero and in 1 year I reached a B1.2 course. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, from beginners to intermediate and advanced learners.

Bonjour Academy's tutor is excellent and provides a range of exercises - I studied French to degree level and needed a refresher and we covered a number of interesting current affairs topics, as well as more advanced translation and grammar.

Since starting I have improved exponentially, and would describe myself as fluent in the language. All tutors that I have had through the academy have been friendly, professional and effective.
